effectiveness at minimal workload on the unit so as to avoid running the unit anywhere near it’s maximum capacity, thereby decreasing electricity costs along with decreasing system degradation and breakdowns caused from constantly overworking and stressing it. Redundancy, as we operate around the clock so our casino can ill afford downtime if any one, or indeed several units breakdown as is at times the case with all technology. And while all serviceable parts are kept in country by Supercool for most foreseeable breakdowns, for more major issues it negates the problem of wait times on shipping parts which might potentially occur and can be severely problematic over longer delays of those companies, Supercool clearly had the most obvious, detailed and confidence inspiring plan of which much was done in conjunction with the Hitachi engineers in Japan themselves once detailed room size, air volume, and entry exit doors were provided and considered. On top of this we added the challenge of also requiring a high volume commercial smoke extraction system throughout the venue for the air con to contend with which further complicated calculations and unit placements so as not to be bringing cool clean air into the building only for it to be sucked out moments later by an effective exhaust system elsewhere in the same room. Ultimately our building is now the coolest and freshest it has been across its lifetime, having only had in the past a hodge podge of disjointed individual overworked and undersized residential units in here prior which cost a fortune in maintenance and electricity with minimal to often no credible results. We now have a centrally controlled and automated system that has reduced overall electricity and maintenance costs and has seen our customers considerably happier with many praises from regulars that had suffered our old setup, and as such has most definitely increased our profits along with it. Avi and his team were professional at all times and explained in detail on a regular basis what stage they were at, any installation challenges that they came across in our building once actually fitting the system (and included me in on how to best circumvent them), and did all in a reasonable timeframe and with minimal disruption to our clientele, as unlike most other businesses we are open twenty hours a day seven days a week. A job well done. ln the spirit of complete transparency whilst writing this referral, Supercool’s option was somewhat or even considerably more expensive in some cases than it’s competitors, which when having to front any CAPEX through the financially challenging time of COVID gave me considerable pause initially. However for effectiveness, ease of use, maintenance reduction costs, reduced running costs yet whilst factoring in the overall increase in revenue due to comfort levels inside the building which increased our patrons length of stay and in turn their spend per head, it is most certainly paying for itself and reducing overall costs in the long term. l’m very confident it was the right and only choice under the circumstances and would definitely choose to do so again knowing what I know now. ln all honesty I cannot fault the service and experience Supercool provided (COVID shipping delays were somewhat of an issue throughout yet were clearly out of Supercool’s control) and I found it to be closer to “first world” customer service and result than the usual less professional and “lsland Time” experience l’ve become more accustomed to over my many years in Vanuatu when dealing with other businesses. I cannot recommend them highly enough and am happy to discuss with anyone wishing to know more about my dealings with them or even about our system on my number below if desired.”
